Chris is a Managing Director with 37 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry, having progressed from cleaner to General Manager of a national provider before joining KMG in 2012 as Shareholder and Director, then assuming his current role in 2016.
Non-executive Director
Nick is the founder of Kiwi Maintenance Group, established in 2010, with over 30 years of industry expertise across abseil, water blasting, high-rise glass cleaning, and building maintenance. He also holds an REA Licence in real estate property management.
Operations Director
Gareth has over 30 years of experience in the cleaning industry, including ownership of a family business, with expertise in window and general cleaning operations. He joined KMG in 2016 as a Divisional Manager and was promoted to Operations Director within a year.
Non-executive Chair
Wayne is Chair of the Board at Kiwi Maintenance Group, bringing a diverse career spanning the Royal New Zealand Navy, Telecom New Zealand, and senior roles in Malaysia and the US. Since 2012 he has served as a Professional Company Director and Business Advisor across multiple boards.
Sales Director
Russell joined KMG in 2015 with a wide range of qualifications and experience. His extensive background in Facilities and Project Management has added great value to his role as Division Manager. Russell's commitment to his clients, team and the Company was validated with the offer and addition of Directorship in 2021.

Glass Team Supervisor & H&S Representative
Joji joined KMG in 2012 and quickly established himself as a valued and reliable member of the team. He leads by example, consistently demonstrating a strong commitment to quality workmanship and delivering a high standard of finish across all projects. As a Team Supervisor, he plays a key role in supporting his crew and maintaining high performance on site. Highly regarded by his peers, Joji has a strong focus on safety and takes an active role in promoting best practices. In recognition of his leadership and commitment, he was elected by his colleagues as their Health & Safety Representative and currently serves as Chair of the Health & Safety Committee.
Senior Glass Technician
Tom joined Kiwi in 2014 and consistently demonstrates his commitment to quality workmanship, reliability and going above and beyond. This dedication and positive attitude have seen him regularly recognised as KMG's Employee of the Month. As well as his incredible work ethic, Tom is known for his caring nature and support for his colleagues and those around him, which endears him to his peers and management and makes him a natural leader among the team.

Kini joined KMG in 2012 and is a strong and dependable member of the team. A hardworking professional, he brings consistency, skill, and a high standard of workmanship to every task he undertakes. He is highly respected by both his colleagues and management for his commitment to quality work.
