We work on single and multi-storey buildings, including those requiring elevated access equipment or rope access for safe gutter clearance. All removed material is bagged and taken off site. Following the clean, downpipes are flushed to confirm free flow and a written report is provided documenting the condition of gutters, downpipes, and any areas of concern identified during the work.
For buildings where gutters are not easily visible from ground level, or where a Facility Manager needs documented evidence of gutter condition for asset management or insurance purposes, KMG offers CCTV gutter inspection. A small camera is run through the gutter and downpipe system to capture footage of the interior condition, identifying blockages, structural deterioration, joint failures, and debris accumulation that would not be visible during a standard clean. Inspection footage is provided to the client as part of the service report.
KMG provides roof cleaning services for commercial buildings including the removal of moss, lichen, algae, and biological growth from metal roofing, concrete tiles, membrane roofing, and other commercial roof substrates. Left untreated, biological growth retains moisture against the roof surface and accelerates deterioration of coatings, sealants, and the substrate itself. KMG crews assess the roof type and condition before selecting the appropriate cleaning method, which may include soft washing with a specialist treatment, low-pressure water blasting, or a combination of both. We do not apply techniques or pressures that risk voiding roofing warranties or damaging membrane integrity.

Most commercial buildings require gutter cleaning at least once or twice per year. Buildings surrounded by trees, in high-rainfall areas, or with flat or low-pitch rooflines that accumulate debris more quickly may require more frequent cleaning. KMG can assess your building and recommend a schedule based on its specific conditions.
CCTV gutter inspection uses a small camera to inspect the inside of gutters and downpipes, identifying blockages, joint failures, and structural deterioration that are not visible from outside. It is particularly useful for multi-storey buildings, buildings with concealed gutters, or where a Facility Manager needs documented evidence of gutter condition for asset management or insurance purposes.
It can if the wrong method is used. KMG assesses the roof substrate and condition before selecting the appropriate cleaning technique. We do not apply high pressure to membrane roofing, coated metal, or surfaces where the manufacturer's warranty specifies low-pressure treatment only. Our approach protects the roof surface while removing biological growth effectively.

Roof work is typically carried out without any interior access required. Gutter cleaning on lower-level buildings is often completed with minimal notice to occupants.
